Groups and visiting safely

In line with government guidelines, group/multiple ticket holders are required by law to visit in groups of 6 (unless they are visiting as a household or support bubble which is larger than 6).

Guided tours must be carried out by Blue Badge or Accredited guides. In line with Coronavirus restrictions, the group must consist of no more than 30 people and COVID-19 safety measures must be followed for the duration of the visit.

What to expect on your visit

We have introduced some new measures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of staff and visitors at all times including:

Catering for groups

Group catering options are currently suspended however refreshments are available at the palaces. Please see below details of the catering facilities currently open. 

Tower of London 

New Armouries Cafe is open Wednesday - Sunday 10.00-16.00

Ravens Cafe is open Wednesday - Sunday 10.00-17.00

The Wharf Kiosk is open Wednesday - Sunday 10.30-16.00

Hampton Court Palace 

The Wilderness Kiosk is open Wednesday - Sunday from 11:00-16:00

The Tiltyard Cafe is open Wednesday - Sunday 10.30-16.00 for takeaway only

Kensington Palace 

The Palace Cafe is open Wednesday - Sunday 10.30-16.00

Hillsborough Castle and Gardens

The Hillsborough Castle Cafe is open Monday - Wednesday 10.00 - 15.00 and Thursday - Sunday 10.00 - 16.00

Pre-registered Agency Voucher Scheme members can click below to access their B2B booking portal.

Agency Voucher Scheme and B2B portal

The Agency Voucher Scheme gives pre-approved travel industry companies a credit limit per month for bookings made via the B2B portal. 

The B2B portal in a nutshell

- A portal where companies can book palace tickets for customers against their account

- Bookings can be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

- All palaces operate on a timed admission basis, you must reserve the date and time slot when booking

- Free cancellation up to the day of arrival

 - Tickets for 6 or more admissions on one transaction must be printed prior to arrival

- Tickets for 6 or less admissions on one transaction can be shown on mobile for admission

- Booking via the B2B portal means that customers do not have to queue upon arrival to exchange vouchers for printed tickets 

 - Invoiced monthly against bookings in the system for visit in that month
