Group tickets for all palaces are now available to buy directly from our website for parties of 15 or more. Booking group tickets online gives you the flexibility to print your tickets at home or collect them on site, whilst offering a discount on the group gate price.
Please make sure to check your dates carefully before confirming your booking - online group tickets are valid only for the date selected and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

The Royal Pass is a flexible multi-palace admission ticket available exclusively to Agency Voucher Scheme trade clients. Pre-registered Agency Voucher Scheme members can click below to access their B2B booking portal.B2B login
The Agency Voucher Scheme gives pre-approved travel industry companies a credit limit per month for bookings made via the B2B portal. From 2020, barcodes will also be available for exporting to load onto approved company vouchers.
The B2B portal in a nutshell
- A portal where companies can book palace tickets for customers against their account
- Bookings can be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Tower of London and Hampton Court Palace operate on a free sale basis. The remaining palaces operate on a timed admission policy
- Tickets must be printed prior to arrival
- Booking via the B2B portal means that customers do not have to queue upon arrival to exchange vouchers for printed tickets
- Invoiced monthly against scanned admissions
