Coronavirus (Covid-19) update
In light of recent events and the current closure of Historic Royal Palaces' sites, the Community Access Scheme has been suspended and the Group Leader Training Days have been cancelled. This web page will be updated as soon as we have any information about when the scheme will re-open.
What is the Community Access Scheme?
The Community Access Scheme (CAS) offers free entry and practical advice and support for exploring the Tower to adult community groups and education providers based locally to the Tower of London.
Who is it for?
Groups within Tower Hamlets, City of London and Southwark, especially those who would not normally visit the palace or see it as a place of interest for them.
What does the scheme offer participating groups?
How can I get involved?
Group leaders must book a place on a Group Leader Training Day to discover more about the programme and get useful tips on what to do when bringing groups to the Tower of London.
This guide helps community group leaders and adult learning tutors to independently visit the Tower of London and engage their groups with the Tower’s unique stories and spaces.
