Is it treason to believe in the 'wrong' thing? The Tower held many religious prisoners during the reign of Elizabeth I.
Some of these prisoners were well treated, some were not, and some even managed to escape. Follow in their footsteps, and discover the various reasons they might have been imprisoned.
The session is delivered by a presenter skilled in supporting students with special educational needs. It is based entirely on route, in the public areas of the Tower of London, and includes the following:
