Historic Royal Palaces is a self-funding charity
22 June. Following government and World Health Organisation guidance, we have re-opened some of outdoor spaces at Hampton Court Palace and Hillsborough Castle and Gardens. We continue to work on plans for our other palaces. Read our statement
Historic Royal Palaces is a self-funding charity, proud to be the guardian of six wonderful palaces. Our sites have been the scenes of the most remarkable moments in our history, from the Norman Conquest to the negotiation of the Good Friday agreement.
They have so many stories to tell – but we urgently need your support if we are to continue to do so.
The Coronavirus pandemic has had a devastating impact on us. We are facing a £95 million shortfall in our finances this year – an income reduction of over 85% - and now urgently need the support of individuals and businesses to help us through this extraordinary period.
If you love the palaces and believe in what we do, we have never needed your support more. Please follow the links to find out how you can support us, to continue to build on the incredible work we have already achieved.
With your support we can keep the spirit of the palaces alive for the future, for everyone.
