Keeping you safe on your visit

Welcome to our palaces

Welcome to our palaces

Opening and visiting safely

We are pleased to once again be opening the gates to the palaces in our care. All our members and visitors will need to pre-book tickets and entry time slots via our booking pages.

Please remember to bring a face covering to wear in our indoor spaces, shops and cafes when they open. We can’t wait to welcome you and know you're going to have a great time.

We have a wonderful line up of exhibitions and events taking place across the palaces this year, and have planned these with your safety in mind.

Gold and Glory: Henry VIII and the French King at Hampton Court Palace

Royal Style in the Making at Kensington Palace

George III: The Mind Behind the Myth at Kew Palace

Staying safe at our palaces

We have produced this video so you can see for yourselves the measures in place to ensure the safety and wellbeing of staff and visitors at all times. Our fully trained team will be on hand to provide a royal welcome and to ensure the guidance is followed. We look forward to welcoming you back!
