The Luna Cinema returns to Hampton Court Palace this summer for four nights of fantastic films. Round up your friends or get planning that date night, and come and join The Luna Cinema for the ultimate night of cinema under the stars.
Up first is this year's biggest box office smash hit, Joker. Starring Joaquin Phoenix in his Best Actor Oscar winning performance, as he transforms from Arthur Fleck into the man who would become Batman's nemesis, this darkly comic film will thrill and delight Luna audiences this year.
Following Joker, we've got Taron Egerton bringing his take on Elton John in Rocketman. Featuring a whole host of Elton's biggest hits, follow him on his journey from London to LA, with all the highs and lows in between, in a film that will get the whole place rocking.
Up next, we go back to Rydell High, with Grease. Join Danny and Sandy, along with the rest of the T Birds and Pink Ladies, as they take us on a rip roaring ride through a high school year. With John Travolta and Olivia Newton John in some of the stand out roles of their careers, you'll be sure to enjoy this Summer Night!
Finally, we have Baz Lurhmann's legendary take on Shakespeare's Romeo + Juliet. With Leonardo Di Caprio and Claire Danes taking on the roles of the star-crossed lovers, along with a whole host of other stellar casting, this modern re-telling of one of the greatest love stories of all time is the perfect watch for a balmy summers evening.
There will be a full bar on site, serving everything from beer to bubbles, including hot and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as our fantastic gourmet street food traders. Feel free to bring a picnic with you to enjoy before the film.
