Visiting the Chapel Royal

The Chapel Royal may close at short notice on weekdays (usually for half a day and usually in the afternoon), for major church festivals (i.e Good Friday), weddings and funerals.

On Sundays the Chapel Royal is only open to visitors who do not wish to attend a service between 12:30 and 13:30 and after Evensong - so between 16:45-17:15 between April and October.

During late July, August and early September, when there are no Choral Services, the Chapel Royal will be open all day on Sundays.

For religious and copyright reasons photography is not permitted in the Chapel Royal.
