William Grenfell, the Lord Desborough (1855-1945) devoted much of his life to the River Thames, whether as sportsman or administrator. 

This talk explores the life and times of Desborough from his early sporting achievements, family tragedies, to his civic and national roles and royal connections.

Desborough lived at Taplow Court, Taplow. A true Downton story!
