We offer all the essential facilities to ensure your visit is safe and enjoyable.

Accessibility

We do everything we can to ensure disabled visitors enjoy the full palace experience. Due to COVID-19, we regret we are unable to provide wheelchairs and mobility scooters.

Accessible parking on-site (9 bays)and carer tickets are available. Due to COVID-19, we are unable to offer any audio guides, braille guides or transcripts at this time.

Eating

All our food is seasonally inspired and freshly prepared.

The Tiltyard Café: indoor and outdoor seating and serving hot or cold food options, with drinks, pastries and cakes. 

Wilderness kiosk: serving ice creams, snacks, tea and coffee. (Weekends only)

Shopping

Shop for gifts and souvenirs inspired by this famous royal residence and its iconic inhabitants.

Our shops offer everything from souvenirs and gifts, to fine jewellery. You can also shop online.

Group visits

In line with government guidelines, we are unable to offer group visits at this time. 

There are special offers and discounts for groups of 15 people or more. Meal deals and private guided tours are also available (subject to availability).

School visits

Due to COVID-19, our school programmes have changed. Hampton Court Palace will be open for school visits from June 2021. Bookings are now open.

Tailored activity trails are available for Key Stages 1-3, SEND and international schools to structure and support an exploration of the Palace.

School sessions are available for A Level.
